How do we use the house church model to reach our 5 counties? We are still in the early stages of this, but one thing we see at work is a reluctance to ruin a good thing. Once we get a new group to a healthy family function, there is an instinct to not want to split it. We all become very sentimental and protective of each other! What can we do to counter this?

We are still learning but one thing we are trying is the hiring of Lenz and Sydney to come in and really watch what we are doing right and what we are doing poorly. This breaks up the sentimentality. It brings us back to Jesus’ heart for his neighbors and forces us to grow and mature. We really want to walk as Jesus did and humbly take input to love like He loved.
