As a group we are doing extensive Bible Study on how the early church functioned. Currently we are researching the word “house” and “home” in the New Testament. Could it be that a physical church building hinders or delays the family dynamic between believers? We are considering this. Another topic we are planning to research is “leadership.” Is full-time paid ministry staff necessary for planting churches? Nothing is off the table! Our midweek sessions are devoted to these types of issues and we are having fun dismantling and reassembling biblical concepts. Stay tuned to this blog to reimagine church with us!
